Available Platforms

The Agency will be playable both on the PS3 and PC.

The PS3 interface will be geared to controller play, while the PC will be geared to keyboard and mouse.
Hal was asked about mouse and keyboard play on the PS3 and said that they had not looked at that, but that since the majority of players would be using the controller, the interface would be built for that.
Technically the PS3 and PC gamers could play in the same world, but some business reasons exist that might make it so they don’t let you.
Updates, the PS3 has rigid certification requirements for releasing updates. MMO’s are known for releasing updates, so how this will work will have a lot to do with whether they allow cross platform play.
They don’t want to have decisions for one platform affect the other in a negative way.

The gameplay video that has been released so far is on standard Dells using 7800’s.

... I sent my operatives out to gather more… what follows is what they’ve found so far… although this information hasn’t been verified, these are trusted agents. My old nemesis the auto muzzle has been at work too. It now appears to control a sniper operative, which has really kept the developers on their toes! I can’t say that I blame them, lurking snipers would have me worried as well, but they are only talking about what they are supposed to be talking about. So it’s that much harder to extract good information from them. That being said, my operatives are out and about as well, and we’ll continue to add new information as we come across it.

Rest assured that I will do everything in my power to destroy or disable the auto muzzle.
